Gordon had two feature wins and 10 top 5's at Oswego. He won the Oswego Classic in 1965 and was second to Johnny Benson in 1966. He also scored an opening day feature win on May 30, 1967.

Dukes also won the Hy-Miler Classic at Sandusky Speedway in Ohio four times, 1960,'64,'65, and 1966.
